Need to have qualifications: 1+ year building and designing landing pages Experience designing YouTube thumbnails.
1+ year managing email campaigns with modern email tools (preferably ConvertKit) 1+ year managing video content on YouTube Nice to have qualifications: Basic video editing skills, especially repurposing long-form videos into Shorts.
Experience with SEO - on page and off page Experience writing blog posts Experience publishing posts to .
Experience designing landing pages from wireframes.
Familiarity with Elementor or UnBounce for website updates and changes.
Understanding of Google Analytics and ability to report on data.
Responsibilities: Design and update lead magnet opt-in pages and branded PDF documents.
Design thumbnails for YouTube and blog posts.
Draft YouTube uploads, including managing file uploads, creating thumbnails, and linking to lead magnets.
Convert email newsletters from ConvertKit and post them to blogs on WordPress.
Then optimize these for SEO using Yoast.
Draft weekly email newsletters in ConvertKit and link them to corresponding YouTube videos.
Publish drafted posts (5-7x week).
Perform semi-regular website updates in WordPress (Elementor) or UnBounce, such as adding reviews or testimonials, and making minor text changes.
Frame out lead generation funnels using UnBounce and ConvertKit, ensuring proper form creation, tag naming, and automation setup.
Monitor and report on Google Analytics, SEO performance, and provide actionable insights.
