Collaborate with our blog A Dica do Dia.
Translate and be responsible for all company materials in English.
Manage SEO and content translations of all English content at rioandlearn.com.
Manage SEM for the English-speaking market.
Answer customer queries.
Conduct analyses, studies, and research related to our clients.
Utilize and improve our digital CRM-system with all information from former, current, and potential customers.
Manage the company's multiple data sets using AI tools.
Gain insights and implement actions from enterprise data and AI.
Identify and analyze competitors.
Qualifications:
Native English speaker.
Extensive knowledge of using AI.
Extensive knowledge of content marketing.
Strong grasp of SEO (SemRush and AI tools).
Strong grasp of SEM (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, etc.).
Strong grasp of social media platforms (WhatsApp, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Twitch).
Knowledge of online customer service and use of online sales communication tools.
Digital marketing experience in e-commerce, including campaigns and promotions.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) and content management system software.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools.
Experience with research methods using data analysis software and SEO/SEM campaigns.
Solid computer skills, including Google tools, web analytics, Google AdWords, and Meta.
