- Collaborate with our blog A Dica do Dia.
- Translate and be responsible for all company materials in English.
- Manage SEO and content translations of all English content at rioandlearn.com.
- Manage SEM for the English-speaking market.
- Answer customer queries.
- Conduct analyses, studies, and research related to our clients.
- Utilize and improve our digital CRM-system with all information from former, current, and potential customers.
- Manage the company's multiple data sets using AI tools.
- Gain insights and implement actions from enterprise data and AI.
- Identify and analyze competitors.
Qualifications: - Native English speaker.
- Extensive knowledge of using AI.
- Extensive knowledge of content marketing.
- Strong grasp of SEO (SemRush and AI tools).
- Strong grasp of SEM (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, etc.).
- Strong grasp of social media platforms (WhatsApp, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Twitch).
- Knowledge of online customer service and use of online sales communication tools.
- Digital marketing experience in e-commerce, including campaigns and promotions.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) and content management system software.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools.
- Experience with research methods using data analysis software and SEO/SEM campaigns.
- Solid computer skills, including Google tools, web analytics, Google AdWords, and Meta.
