Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the marketing team and the CEO.
Create and follow marketing plans for our courses, both online and in-person.
Collaborate with our blog A Dica do Dia.
Translate and manage all company materials in German.
Oversee SEO and content translations of all German content at rioandlearn.com.
Manage SEM for the German and English-speaking markets.
Respond to customer queries.
Conduct analyses, studies, and research related to our clients.
Utilize and enhance our Digital CRM system with information from customers.
Manage the company's multiple data sets using AI tools.
Gain insights and implement actions from enterprise data and AI.
Identify and analyze competitors.
Qualifications:
Native German speaker.
Extensive knowledge of AI usage.
Strong background in content marketing.
Proficient in SEO (SemRush and AI tools).
Proficient in SEM (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, etc.).
Familiarity with social media platforms (WhatsApp, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitch).
Experience in online customer service and sales communication tools.
Digital marketing experience in e-commerce, including campaigns and promotions.
Familiarity with customer database and CRM systems.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools.
Experience with research methods using data analysis software and with SEO/SEM campaigns.
Solid computer skills, including Google tools, web analytics, Google Adwords, and Meta.
