Job DescriptionWe are looking for someone who will:Lead the execution of Marketing Strategy focused on customer acquisition, using the global strategy as a starting point and adapting as needed for the Brazilian market;Lead the local team of Marketing Specialists and Content Specialists;Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing/WhatsApp strategy focused on audience development with the ultimate goal of customer acquisition;Oversee all campaigns and programs, choosing the best channels and tactics to build the network of prospects and customers;Execute marketing projects spear-heading the team of Content and Marketing Specialists, as well as in collaboration with other marketing team members in Brazil;Cooperate closely with the Head of Sales to achieve pipeline goals;QualificationsWhat will help you thrive?Extensive experience with extraordinary achievements in planning and execution of marketing projects (online and offline) with a strong focus on customer acquisition (preferably in a SaaS company);Substantial experience as a team lead;Advanced English to smoothly communicate in an international environment;Proven track record of implementing and developing email/WhatsApp marketing strategies;A mindset of building for scale, with a data-driven approach to marketing;Solid analytical, execution, and problem-solving skills, all with a metrics-driven mindset;A knack for building and executing plans at a fast pace to explore growth opportunities;It'd be great if you hadExperience with a variety of Marketing Automation platforms;Experience with Hubspot;Previously worked at an international company.Additional InformationOur working hours are from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm;Need to work beyond your usual hours?
