Marketing Digital

Botzie is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and oversee all digital marketing ads as we scale our brand.
In this role, you'll work closely with the leadership team, combining analytics with creative and nuanced marketing strategies to create best-in-class campaigns, community engagement and brand development.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop, deploy and monitor digital marketing campaigns.
- Set up tracking systems to track the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Research and analyze the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior and act accordingly.
- Staying informed on social media trends
- Data analysis
- Prepare and manage budgets for the digital marketing efforts.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all business channels.
**Skills We're Looking For**
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience and competence with CRM software, Google Analytics, Meta Ad Manager and related platforms.
- Solid knowledge of web analytics
- High-level accountability, drive and initiative to take on work, with mínimal oversight.
