Principais responsabilidades: • Apoiar e executar projetos construindo iniciativas de consumo para garantir o crescimento contínuo do negócio; • Monitorar e reportar o desempenho do mercado, identificando tendências para aumentar a conscientização da equipe sobre os resultados da área; • Monitorar e compartilhar o desempenho do negócio, acompanhando regularmente as análises da Nielsen para a gestão; • Apoiar a equipe da marca no lançamento de novos produtos e promoções, incluindo desenvolvimento de arte e aprovações; • Coordenação da criação de novos SKUs (Stock Keeping Units); • Gestão e controle do orçamento de consumo da marca, garantindo pontualidade no pagamento das despesas da marca; • Fornecer suporte no desenvolvimento de inovação para o mercado brasileiro, desde o desenvolvimento de novos produtos até o desenvolvimento de comunicação.
Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $ - $ USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
