Position Overview: Shakacode seeks a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Lead to drive our growth.
This role is ideal for a candidate based in South America with a strong background in sales and a proven track record of implementing strategies that lead to measurable growth.
The ideal candidate will also have moderate marketing expertise, particularly in key digital channels, and will thrive in a fully remote, cross-cultural work environment.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand Shakacode's client base and drive revenue growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing the sales process from lead generation through to closing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored proposals.
Collaborate closely with development and design teams to align sales efforts with client expectations.
Marketing Strategy & Execution: Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across social media, content marketing, SEO, and email channels.
Contribute to enhancing Shakacode's brand visibility and generating leads through targeted marketing efforts.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies continuously.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the leadership team to ensure sales and marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives.
Partner with product and design teams to ensure a seamless alignment between marketing, sales, and product offerings.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in sales within the software development or technology sector.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies that drive growth.
Moderate experience in marketing, with hands-on expertise in key channels such as social media, content marketing, SEO, and email campaigns.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in English Experience working in a remote, distributed team environment, with comfort in cross-cultural collaboration.
