**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and lifetime value
- Leverage customer data and insights to create personalized and effective communication journeys
- Collaborate with IT and UX teams to optimize the customer experience and conversion rates
- Drive cross-functional experiments to improve customer retention and loyalty
- Utilize data and insights to optimize performance marketing spend toward customer lifetime value (LTV) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Work with creative teams to produce compelling messaging and creative assets that adhere to brand guidelines
- Ensure a unified brand experience across all marketing channels and touchpoints
- Plan and execute end-to-end brand campaigns to increase brand recall and awareness
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of branding initiatives
- Mentor and inspire a team of marketing, communications, and growth professionals
- Ensure high performance and operational excellence across diverse cultures and languages
- Partner with finance and strategy teams on budget planning and forecasting
**Skills/Experience/Knowledge Required**:
- Proven experience in CRM strategy and branding
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools and best practices for customer engagement
- A deep understanding of brand development and the ability to execute branding campaigns
- Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Leadership experience, including managing high-performance teams
- Multicultural and multilingual experience is a plus
- Availability to work in-person at the Curitiba office is required
