**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with various teams
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Provide regular reporting and insights to direct reports
- Coordinate the corporate communications to deliver brand-consistent messages
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Review and standardise documentation created internally for distribution/promote brand internally.
- Create and mantain the department's Standard Operating Procedures
- Be creative, proactive and take initiatives.
- Monitor competitor's activity
- Planning and organisation of weekly sprints
- Form part of the team that will be driving new products. Take ownership of the marketing drive for Calamatta Cuschieri products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development and customer service to align marketing initiatives with business goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights, and use this information to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Develop and execute targeted advertising campaigns to reach key customer segments and maximize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
**Experience & Education Requirements**:
- Tertiary level of education within Marketing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Demonstrable experience in Marketing coupled with an aptitude for business development
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate

- Experience managing marketing campaigns and budgets, and analyzing performance metrics and KPIs.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements is preferred.
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing
