Marketing Manager - Cis

Responsibilities: Unlock new user growth through product offerings design, content marketing, social media campaigns and affiliate collaboration.Implement marketing framework for the region.Manage and grow strategic marketing partner relationships, channel experimentation, audience messaging, and spend accountability.Map out the user journey and increase user funnel conversion through surfacing product ask, user education, and operation campaign.Ideate, test, iterate, and optimize growth via paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimisations across web and native-app growth channels.Experience in creating sponsorship & partnership projects from scratch (incl. execution and reporting); non-standard user activation will be an advantage.Constantly work on new channels, creatives and other ideas for experimentation, optimization and acquisition growth.Help to shape and grow the Binance brand in the CIS Region.Report on the effectiveness of campaigns.Reach ambitious growth KPIs.Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in tech/IT field or Digital Marketing agencies.Execution-oriented mindset - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done.Must have a strong interest in the crypto/blockchain/technology space.Experienced on Acquisition & Existing Users Retention, Paid Ads, Social Media & Community, Affiliates, Analytics, Creative Marketing.Must be able to work independently; Result and self driven mindset.Must speak native-level Russian and have a strong grasp of English.Crypto enthusiasts who are aware of the latest trends on-chain.
