Marketing Manager - Cis

CIS Region / Full-time Onsite or Remote / Local MarketingUnlock new user growth through product offerings design, content marketing, social media campaigns and affiliate collaboration;Implementing marketing framework for the region;Manage and grow strategic marketing partner relationships, channel experimentation, audience messaging, and spend accountability;Map out the user journey and increase user funnel conversion through surfacing product ask, user education, and operation campaign;Ideate, test, iterate, and optimize growth via paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimisations across web and native-app growth channels;Experience in creating sponsorship & partnership projects from scratch (incl.
execution and reporting); non-standard user activation will be an advantage;Constantly work on new channels, creatives and other ideas for experimentation, optimization and acquisition growth;Help to shape and grow the Binance brand in the CIS Region;Report on the effectiveness of campaigns;Reach ambitious growth KPIs.Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in tech/IT field or Digital Marketing agencies;Execution-oriented mindset - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done;Must have a strong interest in the crypto/blockchain/technology space;Experienced on Acquisition & Existing Users Retention, Paid Ads, Social Media & Community, Affiliates, Analytics, Creative Marketing;Must be able to work independently; Result and self driven mindset;Must speak native-level Russian and have a strong grasp of English;Crypto enthusiasts who are aware of the latest trends on-chain.#J-18808-Ljbffr
