The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling government and private sector projects, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive communication and digital strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of the Saudi market and culture.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.8 years of experience working in similar roles.Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, particularly in the digital marketing space.Extensive knowledge working on government and private sector projects.Strong understanding of the Saudi market and culture; fluency in Arabic is required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing and communication strategies.Strong client servicing skills and experience managing client relationships.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics.Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a results-oriented approach.Saudi nationals are preferred; however, Arab candidates with a deep understanding of Saudi culture are also encouraged to apply.Experience in leading a team and managing cross-functional projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective communication strategies and digital marketing plans that align with the client's business objectives.Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.Collaborate with government entities and private sector clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored marketing solutions.Lead and oversee the development of content, including digital content, social media posts, email campaigns, and website updates.Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing detailed reports and insights to senior management.Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional client servicing and satisfaction.Stay abreast of industry trends, digital marketing tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
