This is a contract remote role for a Marketing Manager at Gravity Interactive, Inc. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing campaigns, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Duties and Responsibilities:Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
Work with advertising agencies to manage campaigns
Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
Maintains confidentiality of all work, especially titles not released to the public.
Communicates with multi-cultural teams in English
Other duties as requiredSkills and Requirements:+5 Years of experience in Marketing
Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
Knowledge of the entertainment software industry
Basic knowledge of video games/ Familiarity with PC and Mobile games
Basic ability and dexterity in playing video games
Flexibility and willingness to independently navigate areas of unfamiliarity
Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Positive and professional attitude
Problem-solving skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Fluent Brazilian Portuguese
Live in Brazil
Advanced English reading and writing skills
Korean language skill is a plus
International travel may be required
