**About the role**
Reporting to the COO, this role will oversee all development and execution of marketing and brand strategies at a national level.
By engaging with internal stakeholders, you will provide marketing advice and recommendations to assist with the organisation's growing initiatives and investments.
While being across all market trends and competitors, this role will oversee both advertising and communication campaigns.
You will manage the website to ensure it is current and user friendly, and overall brand positioning by managing strategic initiatives and campaigns.
**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary experience in a relevant Marketing and Communications
- Experience in senior marketing roles and creating marking campaigns
- Experience engaging with internal stakeholders
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills and be able to motivate others in the team
- Knowledge of the NDIS and human services is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
