Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic and team-oriented Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy among key clients.
The Marketing Manager works closely with a multi-disciplinary, cross-functional team to help drive our development process towards products and concepts that meet clients' goals whilst building their brands.
This role creatively integrates market data and analysis, macro trends and emerging lifestyle tendencies, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence in order to deliver best-in-class services to our customers.
The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in project management, communication and influencing skills.
The role requires a high-energy, highly creative, and self-motivated person with a passion for trends and ice cream/frozen dessert products.
This position will be based in São Paulo.Responsibilities include: In-depth understanding of market drivers - including product portfolios.
On the pulse of trends – interest in the latest happenings in the Nourish industry - especially on ice cream/frozen deserts Ability to see big picture & competitive landscape to identify gaps in current portfolio offerings as well as growth opportunities for client.
Effectively manages and drives projects from conception to completion - including organizing resources, setting work plan, gathering insights from multiple resources, developing marketing rationale and building strategic/creative story around our creations.
Industry/category expert - monitor specialty market happenings and identify themes to inform, educate, and inspire local and regional internal teams.
Liaise with global partners for trend and consumer insights.
Concept development including positioning, naming, imaging, merchandising and packaging ideas.
Required skills: Advanced English Strong Expertise with Power Point Required Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Food Engineering or Marketing, Communication, Advertising and related areas At least 5 years professional experience in marketing or related field.
Preferable previous experience with the ice cream/frozen desserts industry.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Comfort presenting to senior level clients.
Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Self-starter, entrepreneurial-spirit, able to persevere through ambiguity.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional, cross disciplinary teams.

Possibly manage and mentor junior marketing staff.
