Responsible for assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities, and developing plans to meet the growing needs of the segments. Drives marketing and communication strategies for the location, including innovation sessions, roadmap planning, recommendations on content theme, events, and budget recommendation. Works with sales teams to better understand the needs and requirements of the customers (innovation cycles, customer direction and main projects). Interact with customers.**Main Accountabilities**
- Owns the development and execution of the local marketing plans in collaboration of the Head of MarCom LATAM and aligned with local sales organization to support specific growth initiatives or market share protection.
- Maps and monitor the main market trends and consumer insights to identify business opportunities for end consumer's concepts design and product portfolio implementation.
- Translates trends into insights to support generating business opportunities through customer presentations.
- Provides inputs to the business by gathering insights and market data from third parties market intelligence data, consumer studies and customer interactions.
- Develops end consumer concepts aiming to inspire and generate business opportunities in different market segments and customers.
- Promotes and conduct Innovation Sessions in collaboration with sales and technical teams.
- Executes product launches at local level, working with cross-functional teams.
- Localizes and adapts global content and programs that achieve sales demand through print and electronic collateral, sales training, customer briefings customer and consumer research.
- Plans, coordinates, and executes events, exhibitions, communication campaigns, web projects and merchandise products.
- Supports the execution of global customer surveys and processes deployment.
- Works with business leaders and key stakeholders on content themes to increase visibility, education, and awareness to key industry audiences through use of press releases, case studies, press briefings, featured stories, articles and campaigns.
- Ensures that local marketing collaterals are available and updated for product portfolio.
- Budget planning and controlling in partnership with the Head of MarCom LATAM.
**Requirements**:
- Education and Experience: Typically requires +10 years with a bachelor's degree in marketing, Social Communication, Administration plus a master's degree. Languages: English and Spanish. Skills: Business Mindset, teamwork, solution oriented, creativity. Takes the lead and manages inputs for local marketing efforts. Ability to work with different business and diverse teams (different skills, number of members, nationality). Ability to interacts directly with customers as needed for marketing activation, such as innovation sessions, product launches, etc.(Not translated in selected language)
