We are hiring a
Marketing Specialist
to our
New Ventures
team in São Paulo - Brazil!
This position is for joining the Revenue Marketing team at SS Latam with a focus on Mexico.
The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing the field marketing strategy, including the planning and execution of online and onsite events, working across the sales funnel to generate new business opportunities and accelerate existing ones.

YOUR IMPACT
Track, measure, and analyze the performance of communication channels aimed at acquiring, expanding, and retaining employees from our client organizations (B2B2C) across email marketing, push notifications, in-apps, SMS/WhatsApp, and more.
Define and set KPIs to monitor overall marketing performance, creating and managing dashboards to report on these key metrics.
Analyze and report on the full customer journey across multiple touchpoints, providing actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
Utilize various marketing automation and analytics platforms such as Clevertap, Salesforce, Hubspot, and Braze.
WHO YOU ARE
A marketing enthusiast with 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics.
Proficient in using and selecting marketing automation and analytics platforms, as well as reporting tools: Clevertap, Salesforce, Hubspot, Braze.
Experienced with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Metabase.
SQL knowledge is a plus but not required.
Proven success in managing CRM marketing analytics, A/B testing, and optimizing metrics like open rates, CTR, deliverability, and engagement across channels such as email marketing, push notifications, and SMS.
Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Passionate about project management and process improvement.
For this specific role, please note that prior experience in using and selecting marketing automation and analytics platforms are mandatory requirements.
