Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and user retention.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Mixpanel, among others).
Knowledge of social media management platforms.
Analytical skills to interpret data and transform insights into practical actions.
Ability to create creative content and communicate effectively with different target audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments (product, customer service, etc.).
Main Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy Management and Execution
Plan, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns across major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
aligned with business goals.
Create and manage an editorial calendar, producing relevant, creative, and impactful content for audiences.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure efficient results.
Stay updated on social platform trends and innovations to keep the brand relevant and current.
User Retention Management
Develop and implement strategies focused on user retention and loyalty, improving ongoing engagement with the brand.
Create and manage engagement programs.
Analyze and interpret retention metrics such as churn rate and lifetime value (LTV), implementing actions for optimization.
Collaborate with product and customer service teams to ensure a consistent and positive user experience.
Metrics Analysis and Reporting
Monitor the performance of campaigns and retention actions using data analysis tools like Google Analytics, native social media tools, CRMs, and others.
Generate regular reports for leadership and other relevant departments, highlighting results, insights, and optimizations.
Use data and insights to adjust marketing tactics and strategies, maximizing campaign and action effectiveness.
Competitive and Market Trends Monitoring
Analyze the digital presence and marketing strategies of direct and indirect competitors, continually seeking innovations and best practices for application.
Stay updated on best practices, trends, and innovations in digital marketing and social media, implementing actions as necessary.
