About 8Agency 8Agency is looking for a skilled and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. 8Agency is an independent B2B digital marketing agency serving leading technology companies worldwide. Position Overview One of our most important clients is launching a temporary physical space to provide ongoing technical support and community to startups in the São Paulo ecosystem. This Hub will be a vibrant physical space that will host tech talks, walk in office hours with Cloud experts, networking and ecosystem events, and developer roundtables. As a Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibility is to create, manage, and coordinate marketing plans and initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong marketing and advertising management skills to work cross-functionally to achieve project goals. The project is initially destiny for a 3 month duration starting on september Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate the activation of demand generation campaign a Startup Hub in São Paulo - Manage marketing outreach and content creation in every phase of the project communication journey - Create a calendar of events & initiatives according to the project needs and align with internal and external stakeholders; - Plan and align directly with our client the marketing strategy for a Startup Hub in São Paulo - Involve all necessary teams (internal & external) to ensure the success and ROI of each of the initiatives; - Articulate with the agencies the planning, briefing and execution of all the events of the region; - Ensure that all initiatives are properly mirrored in our systems (Salesforce and other dashboards); - Alignment with global teams: Marketing Activation, Regional Marketing and others needed; - Track follow up% of leads generated after each event and pipeline report and ROI Preferred Skills and Qualifications: - 2+ years of relevant work experience in B2B marketing, preferably with previous experience in tech companies. - Understand the customer lifecycle, from customer to close, and implement/repeat a plan to drive results. Experience in B2B Marketing. - Some proven program management skills and experience, including coordinating agencies and engaging with a highly matrixed, cross-functional, global organization - Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities, with the ability to run analysis, track metrics and optimize performance. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - Position for initial 3-month project. - Contracting modality: CNPJ - Location: São Paulo, Brazil. Must have - Advanced English (Mandatory) - Spanish (it's a plus) - Agency experience is a must!
