Position Title: Marketing Specialist Position Summary: The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote Hanwha Vision's products in Brazil. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales initiatives. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with business goals and customer needs. Major Functions/Accountabilities: Develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audiences. Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media and email marketing. Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials that support lead generation and customer engagement. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies. Coordinate events, webinars, and trade shows to promote products and engage with potential clients. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing activities. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Support in the translation of Global marketing assets. Keep a close relationship with the local distributors and provide support in their marketing initiatives. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the technology or security industry. Strong understanding of marketing, including social media, events coordination and marketing campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese. Spanish a is a plus. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems). Experience in event planning and coordination is a must.
