What you'll do:
As a Consumer Experience Specialist, you will be expected to support the construction the roadmap of company's priority projects, based on the main consumer pain points and data from experience surveys, promoting collaboration between different areas.

In detail, you will:

- Lead forums related to the roadmap of priority projects, by mapping friction points of the consumer journey;
- Take charge of consumer experience management, aligning the measurement methodology for micro journeys within the overall consumer journey, leveraging consumer insights and promoting continuous improvement;
- Manage the interdependences between products and platforms;
- Manage project assessment, identifying short-term initiatives, addressing accountability and designing a future state;
- Lead planning and implementation of experience management tools, interfacing with all business areas and monitoring KPIs, process setup, among others;
- Carry out strategic monitoring of CX program, promoting continuous improvement in analysis processes and dashboards, adjustments in surveys, "close the loop" processes, scope expansion and deepening;
- Manage main Consumer Experience KPIs (NPS, CES, Consumer Star Ratings/Reviews, App Stores Ratings, etc.
), analyzing results and contributing to the development of action plans;
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).
Who you are:
You have:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration or related areas;
- Solid experience with marketing and market research;
- Experience with management of multifunctional projects;
- Experience with projects focused on Client Experience;
- Experience with digital transformation and/or background in MarTech will be a plus;
- Advanced English;
- Intermediate Spanish.

You will be based at the São Paulo office, the center of Electrolux Sales and Marketing operations in Brazil and the workplace of collaborators who are driven by the creation of value along the steps of the Consumer Journey.
