What You'll Do We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to drive growth across multiple platforms. This role centers on leveraging multiple channels – ranging from paid to content marketing – to expand our reach and grow the numbers of investors on our platform. Key Responsibilities Paid Ads: Execute and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms to drive more signups.. Social Media Strategy: Manage our social media presence, making sure content is both engaging and strategically aligned with our marketing goals. Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing strategies that effectively communicate with our users and drive conversions. Content Marketing: Contribute to various content initiatives, including blogs, newsletters, and more. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to adjust strategies and maximize ROI. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing strategies, compliance and more. Who You Are You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in digital marketing. You are a compelling storyteller, able to translate complex financial concepts into clear, persuasive narratives. You leverage data to make informed decisions swiftly, continuously optimizing for better outcomes. Your communication is clear and effective, resonating across diverse audiences. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in data analysis, SEM/SMM, and campaign management. You have experience with investing and related terminology, i.e trading stocks, portfolio management etc. Proven ability to develop content and manage social media platforms. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems. Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for detail and creative solutions.
