**We are looking for a passionate Web Designer to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging landing pages for marketing funnels. You will also work on our website as the main source of our brand identity and tone of voice.**

- ** Have high-level UX/UI skills. **You can analyze the whole user journey from ads to booking a call on the website and understand where improvements can be made. Your future work may also include refining some parts of the payment flow.
- ** Have strong graphic design skills. **You value high-quality, well-crafted visual and interaction design, and care about details. You work well with metaphors.
- ** Consider business needs in your designs.** You don't get stuck on pretty UI or deep abstractions and can balance craft, speed, and the bottom line.
- ** Are proactive and persistent. **You truly caring about the outcome of your work.
- ** Are comfortable working in rapidly changing processes. **You are stimulated to action by them rather than frustrated. You enjoy building things and are okay with inevitable mistakes.
- ** Value working cross-functionally. **With product managers, engineering, research, and data—as well as design peers.
- ** Have strong beliefs that are loosely held.** You can explain your decisions but also listen to different stakeholders' opinions.
- ** Employ a systematic approach. **You are comfortable using and maintaining design guidelines.
- ** Can communicate in English. **A B2 level with basic fluency.
- ** Are able to communicate in Russian. **A significant part of our team consists of Russian speakers.

- You bring unique strengths and perspectives to the team. We're looking to build a diverse team where our skills and experience can complement each other.
- You have experience working in a startup-like culture. Working in agencies or creative studios is also an advantage.
- You understand basic product metrics and how to use them in work.
- You know the basics of HTML+CSS and understand how the web works.
- You're familiar with Tilda.
- You can create basic illustrations or even simple 3D designs.
- You can write clear UX copy.
What you will do:
- **Marketing landing pages** You will design optimized user flows and effective interfaces for maximum conversions, propose and implement ideas that can impact conversions, and test them with A/B tests or UX tests.
- ** Website pages** You will be creating or redesigning our website pages in line with our brand guidelines and tone of voice, as well as reaching SEO goals when needed.
