Vestas Onshore Service department is responsible for service and maintenance of the wind turbines in multiple windfarms within Brazil region.

Responsabilities: Perform annual capacity plan budget on Sub-region including quarterly follow up; Responsible for balancing capacity between dispatchers within the Sub-region.
Close cooperation and dialog with Dispatcher and Capacity Planner; Optimization potential identified and implemented; Sub-region anchor point for: streamlined resource management; Planning & Scheduling project implementation; Material and resource analytics and performance driver; Regular performance reporting to management.
Qualification: Technical degree in Mechanical, eletrical or production; Engineering degree desired.
Competencies: Good experience in a technical service environment with focus on Planning & Scheduling; Good leadership skills; Good IT skills and experience with information processing in databases and planning tools; Analytical and detailed working approach; Self-organization / good time management and stress resistant; Good communication skills in English (and local language).
Spanish is a differential; Experience in managing smaller development / improvement projects (process & systems).
