Perform annual capacity plan budget on Sub-region including quarterly follow upResponsible for balancing capacity between dispatchers within the Sub-region.
Close collaboration and dialog with Dispatcher and Capacity PlannerOptimization potential identified and implementedSub-region anchor point for:

Good experience in a technical service environment with focus on Planning & SchedulingGood IT skills and experience with information processing in databases and planning toolsInvestigative and detailed working approachSelf-organization / good time management and stress resistantGood communication skills in English (and local language)Experience in coordinating smaller development / improvement projects (process & systems)Competences:
