**About the role**:
The Master Data Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining the data hierarchy of the company, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data, and release of access to systems.
He or she will act globally to provide comprehensive solutions and interact with different teams in the company.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Create and maintain the data hierarchy, such as suppliers, products, and legal entities.
- Manage and maintain the supplier and product database.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company's data and the release of access to systems.
- Provide support for internal and external audits.
- Participate in system implementation and process improvement projects.
- Create reports and present results to leadership on the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data.
**We are looking for someone who has**:
- Bachelor's degree in administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- Proven experience in master data management
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (including VBA and advanced formulas), Access, and other spreadsheet tools
- Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, No-SQL, Python, and Spark
- Experience with data integration tools, such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and ELT (Extract, Load, Transform)
- Experience in Azure Services such as SQL Server, Virtual Machines, and Storage
- Experience with ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, preferably with knowledge in MM, SD, or FI modules
- Knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently on projects
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of REST APIs and webhooks
- Knowledge of Google Sheets or Google Cloud Platform
**Desirable qualifications**:
- Certifications in data management or ERP.
- Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools
- Knowledge of cloud computing, such as AWS or Azure
- Experience in project leadership
- Experience in managing master data teams
