Senior Director, Corporate and Public Affairs Consultancy (Brasilia) My client is an award-winning specialised public policy affairs consultancy with a global footprint. They are looking for a Senior Director based in their Brasilia office.

Responsibilities include:
New business development and growth.Collaborate with the LATAM leas to inspire, lead, motivate, and develop teams throughout the region.Develop comprehensive client strategies and action plans to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth.Ensure the availability of adequate and effective teams and resources to support clients' needsAbility to identify and deliver strategic communication programs combining public policy, media, and advocacy.Strong commercial mindset and client service focus. Skills/Experience required:
9-10+ years of experience in the field, preferably within a public policy consultancy, management consultancy or in-house within the public affairs domain.A deep understanding of corporate affairs and public policy in the region.Fluency in English and Portuguese.Strong business and commercial mindset to lead a team.Experience managing a P&L.A proven track record in client relationship management and team leadership, ideally gained through experience in consultancy/agency.
