TAKRAF Group provides innovative technological solutions to the mining and associated industries.Mechanical Supervisor (m/f/d)Permanent contract and full-time position – To start as soon as possible in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.As a Mechanical Supervisor (m/f/d), you can expect varied tasks in a technical, international environment. You will be supported by our competent and highly motivated team.Your tasks:Supervise mechanical assembly and installation activities for TAKRAF and DELKOR equipment, such as filters, thickeners, and others, including structures and auxiliary systems.Commissioning and start-up of equipment directly at the project site.Provide technical support to our clients within the scope of technical assistance services.Ensure compliance with TAKRAF occupational health and safety standards.Coordinate and monitor the execution of schedules, resources, materials and equipment necessary for assembly.Perform technical and quality inspections to ensure compliance with projects requirements.Address technical issues and develop solutions to optimize equipment performance.Prepare progress and project status reports, identifying potential deviations and proposing corrective actions.Your profile:A technical or an ongoing university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology or related fields.Proven experience in supervising mechanical assembly, with a focus on thickeners or large equipment in the mining sector.Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and assembly specifications.Availability to work in different locations, as per project requirements.Required competencies: team working, ability to work under pressure, analytical capability, organization, proactivity and communication.Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.Beneficial: basic skills with Excel and basic English.We offer you:A multicultural environmentCompetitive salaryHealth care planLife insuranceIf this opportunity interests you, please send us your application.
