We are looking for Medallia Digital Experience Analytics (DXA) Expert who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will: Monitor and analyze digital customer interactions across web and mobile platforms; Utilize DXA tools to track user behavior, identify pain points, and recommend improvements; Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that highlight key metrics and insights; Create and deploy surveys that capture the voice of the customer effectively; And much better if you stand out for: Medallia Platform previous experience; Digital Experience Analytics (DXA); Deploying, managing, and analyzing customer surveys; English Advanced/fluent; Desirable Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
