The Media Analyst will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives related to our offline media partnerships in São Paulo (e.g., radio, OOH, TV campaigns, and brand content collaborations). This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a creative mindset and a strong understanding of media metrics. A deep knowledge of the betting industry will be a plus.
Key Responsibilities:Working closely with the State Manager to develop and implement offline plans that align with the company's goalsProspect and establish partnerships with offline media channels, including radio, OOH, TV, and moreDevelop and implement brand content strategies in collaboration with media partnersEvaluate and negotiate budgets, CPM, and campaign deliverablesMonitor and analyze the performance of offline campaigns, providing insights for optimizationWork closely with the other internal teams to align offline initiatives with brand strategiesCreate reports on partnership and campaign performance, presenting results and recommendationsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Communications, or related fieldsPrevious experience in offline media, negotiating with channels/vehicles, and analyzing campaign performanceStrong negotiation and communication skillsKnowledge of media metrics, including CPM and ROIAbility to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficient in media analysis tools and campaign management softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and EnglishAt KTO, diversity isn't just a buzzword – it's our strength.
