The Smart Marketer Agency are a close marketing partner to our clients. We work with clients on strategy, Meta ads and email marketing.This role is for a Meta media buyer. Right now, we have 6 media buyers in Europe.We're looking for someone who, above all, is reliable, has amazing people skills and an excellent work ethic. This involves being kind, patient, knowledgeable and flexible.We're looking for someone who can start working with in the next few weeks. So if this sounds like a career opportunity that interests you, follow the instructions below, and let's get started!The media buying role is both technical, strategic and is one of relationship building, managing, and ensuring all deliverables are implemented through an understanding scope.On a day-to-day basis you will run paid media campaigns – Facebook/Instagram Ads and write the ad copy. You'll develop creative ideas that can be executed by a designer or video editor. And of course you will ensure that we are able to develop approaches that align with client objectives and are able to demonstrate media expertise.You will help with campaign set up, implementation, optimization, and reporting across relevant channels. In addition, monitoring pacing and delivery to ensure campaigns are on track to deliver the allocated budget is critical. Also, you will assist in ensuring you have all the creative assets required.You will deliver insight-led reports to CEO and assist in evolving the media approach, providing strategic feedback and learnings from campaign activity.RequirementsWorking knowledge of media analytics software (e.g Facebook, Google Ads, etc)Experience in spending a minimum of $30k/month in Meta ads (single business)Preferred but not required, experience in Hyros/Triple Whale/SegmetricsMotivated with a positive, can-do attitude2+ years of relevant experienceEager to learn and take ownership of duties (e.g. learning TikTok Ads)Excellent communicator who works well with othersEfficient and well organizedAble to work remotely (from home), with team communications via Slack and ZoomBenefitsCompetitive salary (starting at $3,500/month full-time), paid vacation time, and sick leave.Work remotely (from home).Be a part of a friendly, enthusiastic team that believes having fun is part of doing good work.
