The Medical Affairs Coordinator is responsible for:
- Collaborate with the local medical team and cross-functional departments (Commercial, Market Access, Public Affairs, Legal & Compliance) to align on strategic priorities and ensure seamless integration of medical functions.
- Provide accurate medical information to stakeholders and oversee the creation and review of promotional and non-promotional materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Manage and track therapeutic area projects, supporting local medical processes and global initiatives while ensuring adherence to QMS and company guidelines.
- Develop and implement educational programs for internal teams and healthcare professionals, and support the planning and execution of the company's participation in medical events like congresses and symposiums.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track medical activities, and ensure alignment with global and local objectives, while executing strategic initiatives under the leadership of the local medical lead.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as life sciences, healthcare or pharmaceutical sciences.
- Postgraduate studies, a master's degree, or a PhD are desired but not mandatory.
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical company or a related industry (minimum 3 years)
- Experience in Medical Affairs, including familiarity with common procedures and SOPs in the medical department.
- Experience supporting audits, inspections, and knowledge of ethical guidelines relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in software like MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Visio, OneNote, Office365, Oracle, and I-Procurement.
- Fluency in English and the local language, with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
