We treasure every talent, and recognize merit and diversity in our organization.Job DescriptionPURPOSE:To support develop and implement global medical initiatives across all markets for Toripalimab.Evaluate new assets under development from various sources to identify right products for the market.Connect with KOLs and conduct advisory boards to gain insights on therapy areas and products under evaluation.Responsibilities:Medical Affairs support for Toripalimab for 21 markets:Support development of global medical strategy for Toripalimab across all indications. Provide scientific, medical, technical & clinical support for Toripalimab across launch markets. Build and disseminate medical insights regularly with countries. Support inputs for RWE and HEOR studies for Toripalimab.Conducting Advisory Boards and KOL meetings:Identify the need and plan advisory boards to gain insights about identified differentiated/new products from KOLs. Guide country heads in identifying and profiling KOLs.Evaluation of products identified by BD teams:Support the evaluation of new product proposals identified by BD teams from a medical perspective.Contribute towards development of clinical and regulatory pathways:Provide medical inputs to cross-functional teams for regulatory and clinical development.Help in developing data generation plan and Post Marketing Studies:Help strategize the data generation plan and develop post-marketing studies for Toripalimab.Support for medico-marketing activities:Additional medico-marketing activities for Toripalimab such as delivery of medical training sessions to marketing & sales teams, review and approval of promotional materials.QualificationsQualification and Key Areas of Expertise:MBBS and MD with Pharmacology or Medicine with =7 years in medico-marketing, preferably in oncology/haematology.Past experience conducting Advisory Board meetings with thought leaders.Knowledge of clinical trials and regulatory pathways.In-depth understanding of various cancers and principles of cancer therapy.Experience in critical evaluation of cancer trials.Behavioural Attributes:Extrovert, proactive, self-driven, eager to connect with stakeholders.Good interpersonal skills with command of English.Good presentation skills and command of MS Office.Team player who can work in diverse teams.Self-motivated and disciplined to complete projects within timelines.Additional InformationAbout the Department: Emerging MarketsBranded generics is one of our biggest businesses in Emerging markets with a presence in 48 countries across 5 regions.
