We are committed to employ and nurture all qualified diverse workforce without regard to race, colour, religion, nationality, sex, age, disability status, genetics, sexual orientation, gender expression, citizenship or any other characteristic or classification protected by applicable law(s) of the country we operate in.Job DescriptionPURPOSE:To support, develop and implement global medical initiatives across all markets for Toripalimab.Evaluate new assets under development at early stages from various sources including literature, BD & licensing opportunities to identify right products for the market.Connect with KOLs and conduct advisory boards to gain insights on therapy areas and the products under evaluation to aid in product strategy and launch.Responsibilities:Medical Affairs support for Toripalimab for 21 markets:Support the development of global medical strategy for Toripalimab across all indications.Provide scientific, medical, technical & clinical support for Toripalimab across launch markets.Build and disseminate medical insights regularly with countries.Support with inputs and insights for RWE and HEOR studies for Toripalimab.Conducting Advisory Boards and KOL meetings:Identify the need and plan the advisory boards or other suitable meeting formats to gain insights about the identified differentiated/new product and relevant disease areas from KOLs. Identify KOLs, prepare the agenda, conduct the meetings, and translate insights into decision-making pointers.Guide country heads in the process of identification, profiling, and stratification of Key Opinion Leaders. Build indication expansion plan insights for Toripalimab.Evaluation of products identified by BD teams:Support the evaluation of new product proposals identified by BD teams from a medical perspective and contribute to the overall decision-making for the molecule.Contribute towards the development of clinical and regulatory pathways for Toripalimab:Provide medical inputs to the cross-functional team of Regulatory and clinical development for differentiated/new products.Help in developing data generation plan and Post Marketing Studies for Toripalimab:Strategize the data generation plan and assist in developing post marketing studies or RWE for the differentiated/new product. Analyze and suggest improvements in clinical trial design if possible.Support for medico-marketing activities: Additional medico-marketing activities for Toripalimab such as delivery of medical training sessions to marketing & sales teams, review and approval of promotional materials, and support for RWE studies & digital marketing initiatives as needed.QualificationsQualification and Key areas of Expertise:MBBS and MD with Pharmacology or Medicine with overall experience of =7 years in medico-marketing function, preferably with exposure to oncology/haematology, new product development or evaluation of Oncology differentiated NCE/NBE products (including biologicals and biosimilars). Multi-geography experience preferred.Past experience of conducting Advisory Board meetings with thought leaders.Knowledge of clinical trials and regulatory pathways is necessary.In-depth understanding of various cancers and principles of cancer therapy including latest products as well as upcoming treatment options and therapy modalities.Experience and interest in critical evaluation of cancer trials and analyzing results in perspective of decision-making about product selection.Behavioural attributes:Extrovert, proactive and self-driven, eager to connect with key stakeholders/external customers.Good interpersonal relation skills with very good command of written and spoken English and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment across multiple geographies.Good presentation skills along with proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).Team player who can work in diverse teams and lead discussions.Self-motivated and disciplined, able to complete projects/tasks within timelines.Additional InformationAbout the Department: Emerging MarketsBranded generics is one of our biggest businesses in Emerging markets, and our branded products are available in 48 countries across 5 regions.
