Medical Science Liaison – Oncology – Brazil
IQVIA is looking for an MSL (Medical Scientific Liaison) based in Brazil to join our client's global oncology team as they prepare for the launch of a next-generation TKI for kidney, metastatic colorectal, and head & neck cancers.
This newly created position has arisen because of the company's continued success and will be the company's first field medical head in this market.

Responsibilities:
Provide field-based medical support to the company's clinical research programs.
Deliver credible presentations on scientific matters in the disease area of responsibility and about the company pipeline to investigators in company-sponsored interventional research.
Engage with clinical trial site investigators and staff to understand enrolment/screening barriers from a medical perspective, and work with the site and client to find potential medical solutions with the aim of supporting clinical trial enrolment.
Provide support to company clinical development and operations teams through site recommendations, initiation visits, facilitation of communication, and accrual support activities.
In an accurate, fair, and balanced manner, exchange scientific information with external parties.
Report field intelligence to IQVIA/Client including competitive information, perspectives about compounds, and the treatment landscape.
Establish and maintain a close working relationship with site management & monitoring staff and partner in facilitating the initiation and conduct of prioritized company clinical trials.
Requirements:
Scientific degree – PhD, PharmD, MD.
Ideally with proven success in a similar MSL role in the pharma/biotech industry (preferably including working at pipeline stage) although aspiring MSL applications are welcomed.
Deep oncology therapy area expertise essential.
Experience of the clinical trials environment highly desirable.
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to communicate in local language and English, as this position is part of an international team.
Eligibility to work full-time in and already physically located in this country.
Full driving license with willingness to travel throughout your geographical territory as required.
