**Job Profile / Activities**:
Manages strategic and business decisions related to products and services utilizing the Operating and Execution model to create, develop, position and market the offerings.
- Gathering marketplace requirements and setting direction for future product and services evolution.
- Developing business case, business plan, product definition and specifications, product and services launches and life cycle management activities.
- Monitoring problem areas (negative Operating Profit After Capital Charge); defining or approving planned product and services enhancements.
- Participating in quality assessment and improvement processes.

- Experience with leadership of people and/or projects
- Spanish Advanced
