We consider people with disability candidates and those with diversity in gender, culture, ethnicity, religion, age, generation, race, nationality and sexual orientation.Job Profile / Activities:Manages strategic and business decisions related to products and services utilizing the Operating and Execution model to create, develop, position and market the offerings.Gathering marketplace requirements and setting direction for future product and services evolution.Developing business case, business plan, product definition and specifications, product and services launches and life cycle management activities.Monitoring problem areas (negative Operating Profit After Capital Charge); defining or approving planned product and services enhancements.Participating in quality assessment and improvement processes.Skills Descriptors:Organizational Leadership: Knowledge of leadership concepts and ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives.Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.Knowledge of Customers: Knowledge of various types of customers and ability to analyze customer activities, profiles and information.Knowledge of Product Line: Knowledge of methodologies, tools and techniques for specific products; ability to develop product line processes and strategies.Basic Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degreeLanguage: Pre-advanced English CommunicationExperience: Job-related experience, Strong business skills and Product/Application backgroundTop Candidates will also have:Direct Dealer Operations Experience (Example: Field Rep)Experience with leadership of people and/or projectsSpanish AdvancedAdditional information:Travel: Moderate travel required (10% - 20% of working time)The panel cannot make assumptions when shortlisting therefore please demonstrate your qualifications and experience on your CV relevant to the criteria outlined.
