Candidate ProfileIntermediate M-P-M Technical competencies;Basic or Intermediate level in other C&P competencies;C&P tools intermediate certification;Professional experience: 1-2 years' experience in methods;Personal Abilities: Basic Human Relations, Problem Solving, and planning/organizing/coordinating/controlling;Ability to work under pressure, proven track record as a strong team player, autonomous, rigorous, cross-functionality, Organization;Dynamism;Good organizational skills;Valid safety training in accordance with Company standards;Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate: internal client oriented;Good knowledge of the SAP MM module, knowledge of other Procurement tools such as Ariba or Ivalua is a plus;Self-motivated and driven;Strong presentation and analytical skills;The job holder must have good knowledge of Portuguese and English language.ActivitiesProcesses /Procedures / OrganizationAssist the Methods team in updating and sharing within the Affiliate the referential procedures and the Group Company Rules relating to procurement activities.Analyze the procurement process and identify improvement opportunities.Ensure consistency of C&P local referential and its respect by users.Organize and structure documentation and archiving of the C&P entity.Analysis/Reporting & Performance MonitoringSupport the reporting SCLC Performance and SCLC Dashboard on a monthly basis.Consolidate Métier KPIs.Consolidate and implement SCLC reporting such as but not limited to IECP.Prepare TGP Métier assessment.Participate in benchmarking initiatives.CommunicationFacilitate the internal communication between SCLC and other entities of the affiliate for procurement matters.Liaise with TGP about procurement activities when needed.Markets MonitoringParticipate in gathering and processing of information on purchasing, markets, and suppliers of his/her assigned market segments.Participate in conducting market studies requested in the affiliate.Help to make available market indicators and support buyers when performing market studies.Supplier DevelopmentParticipate in the development of the supplier pre-qualification process.Participate in the development of a reference supplier database.Maintain the supplier database.Support buyers when performing supplier evaluations.PlanningSupport the preparation, analysis, send out, and update of the master procurement planning/contract follow-up reports tools.Ensure the training of SAP MM end users and be the level 1 support for SCLC staff.Participate or ensure SAP deployment or upgrade regarding MM (link with Finance department, HQ...), facilitate the transition and the use of SAP for procurement matters.Support the deployment of tools and ensure user training on other Procurement tools and be the level 1 support for SCLC staff on tools such as Ariba (e-sourcing), Agora (Saving Reporting and Contract Management), and Sequana (Supplier Qualification And Management Tool).Accountabilities:To ensure the appropriate use of C&P tools in the affiliate in respect of C&P rules and procedures.To support optimization of the overall performance of the Supply Chain processes within TEPBR.To participate in improving the quality and the value of the services delivered by the C&P entity.To participate in the improvement of C&P practices.To monitor the procurement performance.To participate in following various markets, participate in the follow-up and the evaluation of Contractors/Suppliers.To anticipate the needs of operational entities through the update of the procurement planning and the follow-up of the activity.The job holder will ensure that:HSE and SCLC procedures and policies are in place and maintained.Company rules are followed or derogated for.General Specifications, Guidelines, and Manuals are taken into account.Contract and Procurement know-how is shared within the Total group.Context & EnvironmentAnnual turnover purchasing: 50 to 500 MUSD.Number of Purchase Orders/Year: >10,000.Global contract value: >500 MUSD.Number of contracts/Year: >300.Number of Materials items in stock: >2,000.Stock value: >40 MUSD.Number of import files/year: >50.Number of suppliers: >200.Number of staff in C&P: 17.Number of staff in TEPBr: ~250.Number of users of different systems: 17.
