**Job Purpose**:Manage a multi service post sales support team 24*7 operation, ensuring high quality service delivery, service devolpment & meeting expectations from Internal areas, Vendors, Partners and End Customers. Manage staff service delivery, coordinating staff training, time allocation while guaranteeing each asset career development and economical retention. Role enables a competitive advantage by providing a service value added portfolio to TD Synnex distribution programs, while also generating 2.3 M USD year revenue with margins oscilating from 20-80%.**Responsibilities**:- Manage a multi service post sales support team 24*7 operation.
