The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our focused approach towards SMB customers, defined as those with about 600 users or less.
As an SMB Leader, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with these customers, offering Microsoft 365 Business Premium Licenses, and promoting IT and Security Managed Services.
Your expertise and knowledge of Microsoft licenses and certifications will be vital in guiding our customers through their journey with us.
Responsibilities: Practice Building: • Review and implement the FY24 SMB Partner Go-to-Market Playbook, developing processes based on its recommendations.
• Familiarize yourself with all material in the CSP Masters Program and the Security Managed Services Partner Kit.
• Obtain Microsoft License Certifications and stay updated on all Microsoft licenses.
• Develop and maintain Standard Proposals and SOWs for SMB Solutions.
• Publish our SMB Offerings in Partnercenter Marketplace and curate content for the dedicated Website Area.
Pre-Sales: • Act as the Customer Success Manager for SMB customers, ensuring their needs are met and building strong relationships.
• Collaborate with other Customer Success Managers to generate quotes and proposals for licensing opportunities.
• Deliver the M365 Do More with Less Briefing to both existing and potential customers.
• Regularly review and act upon recommendations from the Microsoft Sales Advisor (Project Orlando).
• Follow up on Partnercenter Leads to drive potential opportunities.
Production: • Monitor the productivity and security of customers' tenants using Microsoft 365 Lighthouse.
• Proactively review customers' security signals and provide necessary support or improvements.
• Communicate updates and changes in Microsoft Offerings to all SMB customers.
Manage Partners: • Manage relationships with our CSP Partners in the United States, Brazil, and Latin America, including TD SYNNEX, Ingram Micro, and ScanSource.
• Provision and remove licenses as needed from each Licensing Partner's Portal.
• Build and maintain relationships with Microsoft SMB Stakeholders in different regions.
Support Role: • Address and resolve inquiries and support requests from SMB customers.
• Take care of internal IT requirements, treating adaQuest as an SMB customer.
• Manage adaQuest M365 Licenses and Azure Subscriptions.
• Review and implement Identity and Access Management Controls (Microsoft Entra).
• Deploy Device Management Controls and Policies (Microsoft Intune).
• Implement adaQuest Data Security Solutions (Microsoft Purview).
• Provide support to Microsoft Team Members for access and IT-related challenges.
I deal Candidate: • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
Spanish is a plus.
Training Reference: The ideal candidate should have completed the following certifications and training: • MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals • AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals • SC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals • PL-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals • AI-900: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals They should also have completed the Business Practice Development Track, including the CSP Master Program, Inspire 2023: FY24 SMB Opportunity, and Enhancing Profitability and Growth, from Enterprise to SMB.
Additionally, the candidate should be well-versed in the Technical Track, particularly Microsoft Lighthouse and Licenses.
