**Who We Are**
We are hiring for a Licensing Specialist with Microsoft Licensing experience to join our high performing Licensing team. You will bring your expertise and hands-on understanding of Microsoft Licensing to our growing Americas region.
**What You Will Be Doing**:
- Conduct Microsoft software usage analysis and delivering Microsoft License Usage & Deployment reports, essentially for MSSQL and Windows Servers (plus Azure in some cases)
- Handle engagements to ensure project delivery plans are agreed with the customer and provide weekly progress updates to Management and the Client.
- Work with various Discovery Tools to gather customers usage & deployment information
- Measure the usage & deployment of Microsoft products using the relevant analytical tools and license metrics
- Work with our Data Analysts to enable the customer to provide all the relevant license grant and usage data to agreed standards and templates
- Produce formal written reports and analysis to an agreed standard clearly presenting findings and rationale for analysis
- Prepare Discovery findings for clients (reports and presentations)
- Communicate Microsoft licensing practices to both internal and external parties
- Maintain contact with internal and external customers throughout the Licensing Assessment
- Assist Client Managers in closing license review findings and achieving acceptance from customers
**You should have**:
- 3+ years Licensing experience in MSSQL, Windows Servers and Azure.
- Knowledge of other Microsoft products is a plus
- Microsoft SAM & True Ups expertise with MSSQL, Windows Servers and Azure
- Expert user of SAM technical tools and processes
- Ability to record, document and analyze usage & deployment data gathered from customers
- Ability to produce formal written review reports to agreed standards
- Bilingual: Fluent in English & Spanish or English & Portuguese (all three languages is a plus)
