About the Team/Role
Develop and maintain WEX Health mobile applications, which are distributed to millions of consumers.
Work in a small, agile, multi-platform environment.
Learn new technologies and deliver robust, secure solutions.
How you'll make an impact
Implement specifications by designing and coding applications on a .NET platform.
Develop .NET/C# web services and web applications using Visual Studio.
Maintain and modify applications in collaboration with other software engineers.
Maintain and modify automated Jenkins builds.
Effectively communicate technical concepts to other staff members such as Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, Architects, Product Owners, Support, Management, Configuration Management, Database Administrators, etc.
Learn new technologies.
Help support production deployments.
Quickly troubleshoot, evaluate, and resolve any issues that arise.
Research production issues quickly and efficiently.
Engage in discussions and propose solutions.
Experience you'll bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area or equivalent work experience.
Experience working with ASP.Net, WCF, and C#.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience troubleshooting customer problems and responding to customer requests.
Experience with source control.
Experience with SQL database development and analysis.
Strong knowledge of RESTful web services, XML, and JSON.
Plus:
Experience with Angular.
Experience with Mobile Development.
Experience with PowerBI.
Experience with Data Warehousing.
Experience with Azure Pipelines.
Experience with Git.
Experience troubleshooting customer problems and responding to customer requests.
Experience with native Android development in Java or Kotlin.
Experience in native iOS app development in Objective C or Swift.
