Proven mid level experience Proficient in both Portuguese and English Good analytical skills Trained in SQL (having basic knowledge) Flexible to work with teams across different time zones Flexible to work onsite support in the warehouse for hypercare Quick learner who can get trained in WMS application with 4 – 6 weeks of rigorous training Key responsibilities: Functional testing, Onsite / DC support, Assist training, Documentation, Translation/Coordination between offshore and ´Client Brazil team.
