Mid-Level C++ Developer

Job Description We are looking for a Mid-Level C++ Developer to join our team in an innovative startup that offers latency reduction services for online gaming (Windows). Responsibilities: Develop and maintain features in NoPing's latency optimization software. Collaborate with the team to solve issues and develop new functionalities to enhance the gaming experience. Implement networking-focused solutions to reduce latency and improve software performance. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in C++ programming. Experience in Windows development. Knowledge of TCP/UDP/IP networking. Experience with Boost. Familiarity with sockets and multi-threaded programming. Intermediate English (reading and communication). Nice to Have: Experience with Flutter. Interest or experience in driver development. Familiarity with kernel concepts. Experience with projects related to network optimization and latency.
