Mid-Level/Senior Tester, Brazil

This is Tayná Oliveira from CI&T's Talent Attraction team.
We are seeking a skilled Mid-level/Senior Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our Digital Experience Platform (DXP). You will work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, engaging with CI&T and other vendors to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:

Conduct end-to-end testing on the Digital Experience Platform (DXP).
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other team members to understand requirements and design test cases.
Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases.
Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
Perform regression testing to ensure that existing functionalities remain intact.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide feedback on user experience and performance to enhance product quality.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Tester or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
Proficient in writing clear and concise test cases.
Familiarity with testing tools and automation frameworks is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Advanced proficiency in English is required.
