**Department Overview**: The PremierOne CAD and Mobile team develops software for public safety organizations to manage emergency dispatch and reporting.
The team is part of the Motorola Video and Software organization which builds secure, scalable and reliable on-premise and cloud based products to serve public safety and enterprise markets throughout the world providing sophisticated and customized workflows and cost effective solutions to municipalities of all sizes.
**Basic Requirements**:
- Proven experience with UI programming in C#/.NET, including common UI frameworks.
- Solid debugging skills, including the ability to analyze memory dumps.
- Experience developing with Windows Services, WCF, and C# multi-threading.
- Proficiency with Git and working in a collaborative development environment.
- Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal, for effective communication with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management skills, ability to juggle priorities, and follow through on projects.
- BS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
