A leading international law firm with an office in São Paulo, Brazil, is seeking a mid-senior (Class of 2018-2020) M&A lawyer fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish. Ideally, the candidate will be a native speaker of one of these languages, but they must be fully fluent (capable of leading transactions) in both.The firm is looking for someone whose practice has been primarily focused on M&A throughout their career, rather than someone who has only occasionally handled M&A while working in other areas.Candidates must be admitted to the New York Bar and have the right to work in Brazil without requiring sponsorship.Please note that the firm is unable to offer flexibility on these criteria at this time.
