Forecasts and plans individual selling target, executes and drives results to meet a set target;2.
Keeps follow-up with existing orders end to end to ensure the smoothness of order fulfillment;3.
Manages and supports distributors of assigned region;4.
Explores new promising overseas market, and works to enhance Mindray product branding recognition in the local area as well as improve market coverage;5.
Presents Mindray products in professional fairs and exhibitions;6.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity reports, work plan and territory market analyses;7.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules;8.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management team;9.
Coordinates Service team to solve customer complaints;10.
Feedbacks to R&D team according to sales status with the purpose of product optimization;Requirements:Experience with managing distributors, sales funnel and preparing proposalsBachelor degree or above, majoring in engineering or equivalent, mechanical and electrical engineering, bio-medical, human science or related disciplines;Minimum 3 years working experience in international sales, sales experience in the field of Medical Device is preferred;Excellent communication skills in English, working with French/Russian would be a plus;Excellent capability in business expansion and account management.Able to travel frequently
