Job Description
The Mixologist position in a hotel is a dynamic role encompassing the art of crafting diverse and innovative cocktails while ensuring a seamless bar operation.

Responsibilities include developing and executing signature drink menus that align with the hotel's theme and customer preferences.

In addition to mixing and crafting drinks, a Mixologist is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the bar.
This includes overseeing inventory, controlling stock levels, and placing orders for necessary supplies.
Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards, and ensuring equipment functionality are crucial aspects of the role.
Collaboration is key as a Mixologist works closely with kitchen and restaurant staff to create synergies between food and drink offerings.
Specialized drink menus for private events and functions are often developed in coordination with the hotel's event planning team.
Training and mentorship of other bar staff are essential components of the Mixologist role.
